Rhinoshield clear case wobbly buttons iphone 15 pro

I have been using rhinoshield for few generations of iphone now, and this is the first time the buttons are actually wobbly? when its install to my iphone 15 pro. I have also tried to reach out to rhinoshield but was informed by them that as long as the buttons don't drop out its fine. So i am not sure what to do at this point. I watch many reviews about the case but no one have brought this up, i am posting this video here because i wanna know whether other ppl do face this issue as well.

Those are floating buttons. They are not attached to the case so they can be removed and replaced. Rhinoshield sells the buttons in different colors so you can customize the look of your case. And, some people prefer the feel and function of floating buttons. I can't say that I have a preference but I'm considering getting this case to try on my phone.

I switched from Mod NX old version to this slim clear case, both comes with the same buttons. The action button feels good, but the others too big. Should be available a slim button pack for this case only. I don't want universal buttons for this price, don't want to switch back to Mod NX, because the new version has a big gap on the bottom. By the way still using only this case, still the best one: feels premium and strong, nice and clean design for natural titanium color, strong magnet etc.
