I just really can't comprehend it. These companies know that if they tote that line even if they get investors, their sales and brand reputation plummets substantially. Far more than any investment could recuperate. So why do it? Why follow it? Are these companies who have always been about profits suddenly willing to sacrifice themselves on the altar of wokeness and lose all the money that provides their creature comforts?

By breaking down blackrock etc you get rid of ESG. Also if a company starts to follow ESG by not buying their products and loosing customers they have not choice but to drop ESG.

Esg green deal aka make less, charge more for products aka bigger profits for corporate. Just like the regulations that say you can only use x amount so for a company to remain functional it means price increases but not production costs, infact production is reduced, staff is reduced .

It’s getting hard to deny with a warming ocean, constant natural disasters and the amount of money being spent to respond. This is not a political thing, but you can make it that if you want but only a disservice to your organization

i've seen it before when looking at companies but thought nothing of it i figured it was just the people that do checks and balances on companies meeting recycling and waste requirements. and all these extra holidays aren't something that's required or enforced it's all just marketing bs. take for example a news company gets a interview with a trans person then their rating go up from the amount of controversy it stirs up. bad publicity is still publicity and marketing teams are going to pick up on that. that includes your channel im sure more than 1/2 the people watching this have never even seen a trans person irl
