For the past seven years, a leftover chunk of an old SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket has been circling the Earth in a fairly wide orbit, having a pretty unremarkable time. But that’s about to change on March 4th, when this rocket component is predicted to slam into the Moon’s dark side.

We must be proactive in mitigating the rapid proliferation of space debris; so we don’t end up with a problem on the scale of air or ocean pollution.

Here I thought space hex recycled their discarded parts I stand corrected😞, well I know someone who scraps for a living but I don't think he'll go this far for scraps 😏 besides his partner has a full time job 😜

at about 2:15 there is a star that shows up through the moon. if the moon is a rock how can a star be seen through it?
