I freeze bread all the time, but I would never put something in the bag to absorb moisture because the moisture that crystalizes in the bag came out of the bread and belongs in it. What I have learned is that when thawing, it is best to not to use the bread immediately, but rather after removing from the freezer, do not open it, leave the bag sealed and put it into the fridge for a day or 2 to allow the bread to re-absorb the moisture that came out of it. For me, this is the best method I have found and the bread can be stored for months. It obviously won't be as good as fresh, but it's not bad and allows me to keep and use bread a lot longer.

What happens when we take bread out of the freezer, I m afraid it will be broken easily and will have fungus after changing temperature from freezer to room temperature.

Is it normal for frozen bread to be frozen and the slices not stuck together

I just saw another video where the bread loses something. So when freezing it take all the air out so I saw. My mother would always freeze bread. I try to buy the smallest loaf so I'll eat it before time lol
