Wow! Very profound words that I needed right this minute. I have an adult son who is in chronic pain & illness. He has been ill for twenty years. He is living with us again & the last 14 months have been the worst he has been down, ever! So not becoming a victim is extremely tough. However, I know my energy needs to change on how I look & deal with his many challenges. I also have dealt with my own chronic issues for 30 years & his dad has been dealing with his health issues for a long time as well. When I’m down with my issues is when I can tell I’m in a victim mentality. I don’t always notice it until I’m feeling better & can think about it. My challenge is changing my thoughts & actions so that I stay in a higher frequency, always.

This is so true, even though your simulation is set pretty much, but when your energy shifts, that is the confirmation needed to keep going with your new energy. That will open you up to so much more. The start is the hardest.

I know this is true, because I’ve done it before, but currently, my grown son is mentally unstable and ill from toxins and PTSD, but lives with his father.
I’ve also been sick for 2 decades from various toxins as well. My environment has had recent sewage backups so I’m sick again. I need to get out of this nice house into a safe environment again, so maybe I’ll be able to get well.
My doctor thinks there’s mold somewhere in my house, although I had it tested before I moved here. I can only try to stay afloat.

I think if people are in abusive environments the message could lead them to thinking they need to work on themselves rather than leave the environment, but anyone not actively being abused this is an awesome message.
