Morning drinks :
- @bloomsupps greens + supplements for muscle recovery , focus and anxiety
- @bloomsupps matcha + cashew milk + honey or maple syrup
Breakfast / pre workout meal :
- sourdough toast, avocado, smoked salmon, lemon , 2 eggs over hard
Lunch : kale salad + halibut
Kale salad
2 servings
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1/4c Pumpkin seeds
- 1/4c Hemp seeds
- 1 Avocado chopped
- 1 Can of white beans
- Dressing to taste (organic honey Dijon, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon)
Halibut:
- season with salt, and dill + and lemon slice on top
Preheat oven to 400 and cook for 15-20 min
Dinner: beef burger bowl
- 1/2 head of lettuce
- 2 ground beef patties
- Jalapeรฑo sliced
- Tomato sliced
- Red onion sliced
- Organic honey Dijon or sauce of choice
