I totally agree with you…I was under terrible stress ended up sick hospitalized showing mast cells and hyper eosinophilia in my colon, gut sloughing, GI bleeding, multiple severe allergic reactions during this time, anaphylaxis, gastritis, esophagitis…diagnosed with eosinophilic colitis and acute mast cell activation syndrome due to an initial simple gastro illness…GI sloughing cleared up with prednisone and from there my recovery started after realizing it was triggered by stress 😅it’s been almost 2 months and I am almost fully recovered after making massive changes to my lifestyle, quit a second job, stopped commuting, eating healthy and stress management

The chronic stress of my dog's nerve disorder and the grief of her passing led me to have such severe histamine intolerance that I couldn't eat AT ALL (histamine is involved in producing stomach acid) without a significant asthma attack. Needless to say, I became an avid faster and still am (IF plus prolonged with 3-, 4-, 5-day fasts over the last 10 months). I'm STILL having bloating and water retention from eating. Pretty frustrating in and of itself - it's causing the stress that's causing the problem...a never ending cycle. Sincerely, I have learned tons of meditation techniques and all that jazz and I've "done different shit" and "taken the initiative" to totally overhaul my diet (it's added sugar free, clean keto, omnivorous, low histamine) and have fasted over 50 continuous hours 6 times (max 134 hours) in 10 months with a fasting rate of 75% overall, yes, that's an _average_ of 18 hours a day. What the -FUCK- HECK else am I supposed to do.

The rest of my health has improved dramatically - I've lost 25 lbs (it would be more if I hadn't increased my calories because I got to my goal of under 110 lbs), my skin is improved dramatically, my eyesight improved, my muscle tone (thanks to the stem cells and HGH) is better than ever...I'm 51 and aging in reverse. But my BLOATING and WATER RETENTION continues. I'm so freaking pissed...which, I know, exacerbates the problem, but hello?!

Any comments on C-PTSD and MCAS.
I’ve been suffering for years starting with Psoriatic arthritis after I experienced major emotional trauma

oxidative stress resulting in pyroluria sufferers usually have histamine issues. It makes sense.
But can you get permanent reults via trauma bio field/energy tuning? We can't be bound in cotton wool all our lives or tread on egg shells indefinitely for those that endure this ?

Is there a test to see if histamine levels are elevated?
