RIP Phil Donahue he was affable and dealt with controversial issues with sincerity, decency and candour.

I especially remember him interviewing Marilyn Milos, RN, in 1987. In her new book, she writes about how indebted to him she feels, for having given her that opportunity. Her hour with him changed my entire view on circumcision, and I remain forever grateful for that!!!

RIP Phil. Great interviewer and show. Love it when he did a show with Dame Edna, was so funny. He was good sport.

He had the most educational show on television. I learned so much from watching that show that it's kinda hard to calculate the value. I don't know where to start! All I know is he opened a lot of minds, changed a lot of lives, and brought a lot of heart and soul into this world. We totally needed Phil Donahue during that time. God has perfect timing 😊
🙏 🙏 RIP

Phil lost his career for speaking out against the build up of US Genocide and War Crimes in the Middle East. Now, almost 25 years later, barely a word against the US backed Genocide in Gaza in the US Media, as everyone has learned their lesson not to question US Genocide. When Mehdi Hasan dared to speak out on MSNBC, he lost his job. When US University Students were 'allowed' to have student protests, the University Presidents were hauled into Congress, as what looked like a reenactment of the McCarthy Hearings of the 1950s. In the Vile United States, the one thing you can count on is the more things change, the more they stay the same.
