looks like the tune really woke that 5.4 up. I don't know why they didn't come from the factory like this

Get a larger cam, bump your compression ratio up to 10.2-10.4, port your intake a little, change the intake valve seat angle to 50°, get a 80mm throttle body, install a MHV360 oil pump, swap out radiator fan to electric, install shorty headers, cat delete and 3" dual exhaust and strap yourself in tight....cause you are going for a RIDE !

Not bad for a 5.4! They make great tunes, I have their 93 Street tune on my 11 EcoBoost, hauls ass!

If you will spend a little more and get a little bigger cam, one that raises the valve lift around .480-.500, then have it tuned, you will be buying new rubber more often....

Pretty good. I have my 2010 tuned by 5star and my 87 performance/ tow runs probably exactly the same

Man I love my f150 but I still laugh anytime I see someone in a truck driving like this.

My stock minivan is basically what 10k of work would achieve on my truck.

Crazy what a 6 speed does with the 5.4 😕 wish my Lincoln had a 6 speed but I'm stuck with a 4 💔

He's spinning 35s... I have an sct x4 preloaded tune and can't even get close to spinning I have the 05 Ford F-250 with the 5.4 3v
