Fried squash and Onion is a great side dish paired with your favorite style of Pork Chops and throw in a green veggie of your choice makes for a tasty meal.

Well mercy sakes! I'm cooking my fried squash and onions as we speak.

LOL!! Here in Texas we call that smothered squash and onions cause the poor little onions just got smothered by the squash.
For fried squash we batter the squash and fry in a skillet of hot oil. Interesting how methods are labeled differently in different areas of the country.
But you know what....it's all good and I'm glad to have it!! Jesus bless.
