Video of captured American fighters released

New video of two Americans captured while fighting in Ukraine has emerged. Chris Livesay spoke with a third American fighter still in Ukraine who knew the two men.

Hundreds of western mercenaries (among them more than 200 KIA American mercenaries) were killed by artillery and airstrikes and nobody even bother to inform their relatives what happened to them. Such a fuss about these three guys. What about repatriating the bodies of KIA?

The mistake these fighters made was they believed that it was going to be like Iraq or Afghanistan. Having to fight an enemy that 1) actually fights conventional maneuver warfare, 2) has the ability to place inhuman amounts of indirect fire support on an objective at a given time, and 3) has a strong air arm that can provide CAS to its forces is a lot different than COIN operations.
