Why is the song so catchy? I've only seen like 2 episodes and yet it's been stuck in my head for months.

I want to point out that everyone acts like Jaskier's a bad bard in the show, and his songs seem kindof out of place in the setting...
The joke here is that he is quite literally ahead of his time

What I really like about this song is that we're hearing Geralt's legend grow. At first, only Dandelion is singing, but as his song grows in popularity and reaches more people, so too does the orchestra, the volume. It's also done as the scene changes to indicate that the song is heard all around, as reinforced in a later episode when all of the villagers in the tavern sing along with Jaskier. This is also when the show reminds us that, although the main characters are uninterested in his poetry, Dandelion is a truly renowned and extremely talented bard. Good storytelling.

1:15 that part right there made me hooked on this show. The visual of the building lighting up and the music was just somehow perfect. I loved it.
