I haven't seen the show but I really like the way Jaskier just slumps down during the song as his rage dies away. The way the "burn burn burn" goes from almost a shout to a whimper, the pain in his eyes. It's a powerful moment and gets something right, hate or rage only carry you so far especially when it's directed at someone you once cared about. Points to the actor for this scene because he is selling the pain and rage perfectly.

The simple fact that at the end during the burn, burn, burn, burn part his emotions turn from anger to sadness is amazing. Even when he gets an ovation from the crowd he looks pained to hear it between his forced amiles, as if nothing can quell his sadness..

I hope we get more yen and jaskier being frenemies with each other in s3. Teasing each other relentlessly but giving a little smirk to each other in understanding 😭 and more jaskier There was hardly any this season I can’t believe they made us wait that long for jaskier and Geralt to reunite.
