The nostalgia from when those secondary school boys reacted to Americans making iced tea 😭

You drinking the sweet tea without ice! That’s why it’s overwhelming lol also Bojangles always has unsweetened tea, they were pulling your leg on that one lmao

Very few southners would drink no sweet tea without a huge glass of ice.

Hahahaha, I’m from the south and YES it indeed tastes like soap. We have refined pallets, we taste the process chemicals in the concoction. Most likely the glaze. Biscuits are fresh made on sight and blue berries are cut in.

Bojangles does make un-sweet tea. LOL!

One time a restaurant gave me unsweet tea and I almost died. They gave no warning and then tried to defend their point by saying I could just add sugar. It was ice cold, sugar doesn't mix into ice cold tea. It's been almost three years and it still makes me angry

Them drinking straight sweet tea with no ice in it is hilarious😂 I like to do about 85% ice to thin it down if I don’t get diet

You should have extra ice in your cup w the tea. Makes a huge difference. It's supposed to be ice cold

On my first trip to Texas, we went out for breakfast. I ordered my breakfast and said I wanted tea to drink. I got iced tea! I looked at my husband and said, "Who the heck brings iced tea for breakfast." He explained in Texas iced tea is the state drink, if you want hot tea, you have to specify. Then I got schooled on how to open a biscuit (scone). "In Texas we don't cut it open with a knife, we pull it apart with our fingers." And when they say sweet tea they mean it, but now they do have unsweetened tea at most places. Ask for an "Arnold Plamer". He's a famous golfer and his favorite drink because it's half iced tea and half lemonade with no extra sugar.

I remember seeing articles years ago about food being “too good”. It’s always interesting seeing how people react to what’s considered normal (fast) food in other countries.

I mean…iced tea without the ice? Needs some diluting.

Love these guys and their accents. But we DO have unsweetened tea guys that wasn't true. I've ordered Bojangles half sweet and unsweetened. Love iced tea. Called sweet tea in the South because it's sooo sweet. I can't do it that sweet. Enjoy that chicken guys.

This is enjoying to watch you try our food 🤣

I think the reason that he thinks the muffin tastes like soap is because he was drinking sweet tea before that without any ice in it so now he can't taste any of the sweetness from the muffin😂😂😂

No ice? Then you can't call it iced tea. Maybe call it room temperature tea. 😊
