Any chance of getting an A7 to 200TW comparison. My club uses an unproven 2% street tire pax and I’m thinking it is actually giving street tires an advantage.

They don’t run grids so the A7s stay cold.

Great work TJ! Chose of fitment surprised me tho. 245 width on an 8in wheel is already a pinch but the Hoosier are dramatically wider than tires in different classes (200tw for example). So instead of something like a POTENZA RE-71RS would have an 8.4in tread width at the size vs the Hoosier at 9.3in. And for reference a “square” street tire for an 8in wheel would be 225 or 235 width (PILOT SPORT 4S at 225 would have a tread width of 7.5in). —Were the race slicks not exceptionally pinched at your chosen fitment??

What last longer? R or endurance super 200 like continental.

Something is wrong here. No way a 3R is 1.5 slower than the R7.

How did you get 2 degrees from just camber bolts? The most I can get is 1.3

Nice video.

Other than camber bolts, was the rest of the suspension stock in terms of springs and dampers?

Sounds like the best bet would be a Bridgestone RE71RS. It's notably quicker than the goodyear, probably right on top of the Yoko. And you can drive it every day including in wet weather. And you won't get a flat driving over a sharp rock like the Hoosier ;)
