I know his mom. Her oldest son was killed in a drive by a few yrs ago and both of her daughters were shot in a drive by on Christmas Day with the 8yr old barely surviving. Now she’s lost her other boy. This is a lot for one mom to handle

This is exactly what he rapped about doing to others. There's not a safe place in Baton Rouge because of this culture of violence and crime. It needs to be addressed for what it is and these people need to clean up their own streets instead of protecting the very ones who make their lives unsafe. It's sad.

This is sad and angering.

RIP young men. May God forgive you for labeling yourselves evil demons and celebrating murder.

These boys think that this stupid ass rap “game“ is the only way out and what they usually end up learning is that it’s just an elaborate funnel system for true evil to get them dropped off into prison or into the graveyard. (either way, out-of-the-way.)

Whatever the amount of fame’ that this young man was able to garner will be gone by the time his family leaves the memorial service unfortunately 😞

Try to tell these young men that they are supposed to be kings and they most of them will look at you crazy but then happily lineup to be played like pawns by the system with a straight face😡

They call themselves steppas and hittas and shootas, eliminating any opportunity for understanding and being understood before conflict even becomes a thing because the pseudo-personality that they create precedes them out here in these streets.

I don’t understand how the idea of wanting to be a rapper in that lane is still appealing.🤷🏾‍♂️

In that lane, everybody is saying the same thing and making the same claims but what most of them fail to realize is that they are also meeting the same fate, short lives and abbreviated freedoms

I used to be a rapper out here and a producer for some these artists. I never promoted this crap.

Some of them found producers who would.

I cannot count on one hand the amount of artists from right here in Baton Rouge that I worked with in their younger days that are either locked away in prison as a legal slave or boxed away in someone’s cemetery as compost.

It’s really sad and a total waste of God given gifts.

Who taught these kids that it was cool to call themselves demons?

I would never!

I hope that God has forgiven these young men in their final moments because they were truly fools, tricked by a wicked world that never cared for them, that tricked them into not caring for themselves.

Get away from the rap game, if you don’t have a guts to stand up and stand out speak truth to power. Go get an OSHA card or something to actually get paid for the hazard.

Being suckas and statistics ain’t cool.

Never was!
