Wow. For those who haven't read the books, Rachel was supposed to be Thomas' counterpart in the girl maze. Seeing her strung up like that, important as she was, is horrifying.

Do these people end up dieing or do they somehow recover, it Is not mentioned in the books or movies. If they don't die, why was Thomas so against the idea of WCKD finding a cure, if all it took was for them to harvest the enzymes.

Did they discover that those were the children that were immune in the mAzes that the grievers took? So they made the maze and put the children and got grievers to take or kill them to drain their blood? I’m confused
