Man this one looks so easy! My Nonna used to do this but with 10x the amount of zucchini and mash some of it up at the end to make a sauce kind of I guess. Anyway, her way is very tedious. This looks just as good and much easier. Thank you!

In India we use these zucchini or pumpkin flowers as fritters and they taste damnn good.
You can use chickpea flour and may add lil bit of rice flour for that extra crunch
