I like the shot at 1:05 where the hand comes in from the left and then comes in from the right. TRANSPORTERS ARE REAL!

I my oven! I cook a lot! I have used the speed roast to make crispy baked chicken wings fast (I start w room temp wings), also used for whole red snapper.... Use convection for most things. Also use the speed broil a lot but you better keep an eye on what your cooking.

0:56 so does explain why it takes 2 hours to cook a loaf of banana bread when it should only take 30 minutes

I love my LG range more every time I use it. I keep the owner's manual close by so I will use it correctly. My old GE had steam clean. That temperature really cleaned. My LG similar "easy clean"is timid by comparison. I will try the old GE time and temp. What could it hurt?

What about the Convection Roast option? What does that do?

Bought 3 LG appliances on Aug 31 2023. We had a Kitchen Aid convection oven before. It was great, but local dealer didn't have any in stock. The LG convection feature is no where near as good as the Kitchen Aid. On the Kitchen Aid, the convection fan ran constantly. On the LG, at temps 320 and 325, once oven reachs temp it cycles the fan off and on every 15-30 seconds. At temps above 325, the LG runs constantly, but not at those lower temps. Very disatisfied with this product. With the Kitchen Aid, we could cook 3 cookie racks at the same time, and there would be a little difference between the bottom rack and top rack, but not much. With the LG there is room for 3 cookies racks, but the difference between the top and bottom rack is too much. Have to pull the top rack out and put the bottom rack up top to finish cooking. And yes I was on convection bake not convection roast. The Kitchen Aid also had one more convection option than the LG. It had the "Convection Broil" option that the new LG doesn't have. I would not recommend the LG product to anyone. The steam clean on my oven only cleans very mild spills. Online complaints said it's not very good, ad my sister-in-law said it was useless also: She was right. I also have the regular High temp clean, which I haven't used yet, but hope it works better than the steam clean. In the kitchen aid the "High temp Clean" worked very well. After it was done, there was nothing in the oven, but dust to vacuum out. Again... I am very disappointed in this product. Wouldn't recomment this to anyone.
