I’m a medical scribe, and something my providers recommend to patients with pain is this; apply aspercream to the area and cover with a wet, hot cloth. Keep covered until the cloth cools. Continue as tolerated. Hope this helps anyone!

Hey, Alicia! My profession is fitting people with all sorts of braces and unfortunately you picked the wrong wrist brace. The Mueller brace that was right beside the one you picked is what you need. It is the top seller at my store and very comfortable to wear at night. Keep the brace on while you're doing all your chores around the house and loosen it slightly when you wear it to bed. I’m glad I’m not the only person who needs multiple carts when shopping!!! Having a large family when shopping can be a pain, we tried home delivery in Japan but the stuff was so close to date it was easier to go out and get my own. I use a heat balm on my aches and pains and I swear by it at least I can feel it working love from tokyo

Throwing cases of drinks and other bulk groceries onto a booster seat will crack it! As will kids continually climbing all over them.

I sleep with a wrist brace on both hands at night. They have a steel plate in the palm side. It really helps

I had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands. Best decision ever. My hands would go numb when I was playing the piano and at night as well.

When I was pregnant, my arms hurt so bad at night. The doctor told me to wear wrist braces at night. That worked beautifully. Once I had my baby, they didn't hurt any more. Does anyone know what could have caused that?

Put the Walmart app on your phone and when you look up an item, the app will tell you the aisle/location and sometimes even provide a map.

Alicia - as someone with carpal tunnel (I've had 2 surgical releases), I have a warning. Please do not use the Lidocaine patches with the heating pad!!! The heat can cause the Lidocaine to be released into your body quickly and could have serious medical implications. Use them separately.

I hope you feel better and can avoid surgical intervention. 😻😻😻
