Honestly every color but the black works. The white is really giving, would love like a light pink and purple version.

I actually dig the design. I think the mistake lies in the color or material choice. The shine made it look plastic. Especially the black one. The white will look so cute with some iridescent tone to it. A secondary color of the sort.

I think it has to do with the shine of the fabric that gave off trash bag vibes. The shape is cute, and it looks super warm.

There's always going to be people who dislike or disagree with the things you create. However, the fact that you're proud and happy showing off each jacket speaks more volume than any other comment that tries to bring you down. I think you made a wonderful design and I have a feeling within a few months- a year this will be a "new look" the shiny puff! Start the trend and stay blessed, Queen!!!!

I agree with all the comments, choosing different colors or fabrics would make it better. Maybe something iridescent, or some muted pastels. Like a sage green would be divine.

It’s mostly the shine that gives it the trash bag look especially in black or blue but the actual design itself is completely fine

The black coat was my fav cause of the shape and inside but I think it’s just cause it’s shiny xx also the way you can see the floral design through the hood just adds that touch of elegance 💗💗🎀

It's just the black one that has the same kind of texture/lighting of a trash bag plastic... but the shape is so pretty and the design is beautiful! And I'm sure that in person even the black one would look very different. ❤

My only complaint on the darker fabrics is how shiny they are... That's the only thing that makes it look "platicky" or "trash bag-y". The design, silhouette, and inner lining are all PERFECT and not at all giving "trash bag"! The lighter colored ones either hide or don't give off that same shine.

I would opt for a matte black fabric! Solves the trash bag look. My only other concern is for actually cold climates, the shape is less practical because it lets all the cold air come in underneath. But it might work for milder climate winters!

i think the trashbag vibes mostly come from the shiny outer layer, a matte fabric might lessen that.

I wear all black everything and usually avoid puffer coats because they make me feel huge and shapeless but they're SO warm and comfy. I love the black puffer with the cinched waist and I'd wear it all winter! My issue is with the printed lining, but my allergy to print and color is my issue. I'm debating picking one up anyways cause it's almost everything I've ever wanted in a warm, waterproof coat!

I really like the white one.
I think the dark blue and black one isn’t as good though. The design is still great, just the color combined with the texture of the outer layer (stiff and too reflective) is making it look like cheap plastic. A brighter cheerful color or different print/texture will make a big difference!

In LOVE with the design itself, but to keep it 100% real with you I think its the shiny material thats making people say trashbag and I unfortunately must agree... I think a change in material is in order, I totally see the vision though! The design is GORGEOUS!!
