When it comes to buying specialty products with varying levels of cost, there could definitely be a graph showing a steep upturn in cost in relation to smaller and smaller gain in utility. If you wanna be warm, that's cheap. When you wanna be warm, maximally comfortable, and have little tiny improvements that just barely matter, that costs.

I got 3 decathlon jackets I use them everywhere . Best jackets ever, here in Italy I use them all winter they keep me warm and they weight nothing .

decathalon jacket sleeves never have enough down in them. They're always flat.

The one thing I don’t like about the Decathlon is that the zipper is on the wrong side. Not a deal breaker but annoying.

Uniqlo down jackets every bit as good as the over priced trendy label jobs . At the end of the day they are all polyester / nylon and down filled .

They’ve been around here for years but haven’t caught on except with a certain conformist demographic, from the south perhaps? We true northerners prefer ours puffy.
