That last wall puzzle could come from someone who has been exposed to the True Seeing spell, granting them also vision of the Etheral Plane. Not knowing of that plane could spook some people, I bet.

For the battle of fates you can also say old age as it cannot be a truth as technically you can't die to "old age" it is failure of bodily functions but it cannot be a lie ether as old age is a group of things that can/will fail

akin to the mirror puzzle, I ran a session a while ago that had the players enter aroom with a mirrored wall. after a perception check, they noticed their own reflections were slightly out of sync. It took them an AGE to get around to touching the mirror, but when they did, it turned out not to be a mirror, just a frame with a mirror image of the room inside, and 3 phantom images that were just acting out the players the entire time. They just need to step through, ignore the images and use the door to progress.

I would say the wall in front is #4, not behind, since that's where the camera usually is, but idk if it really matters which one. The gag works however arranged. The other option might be more subtle. You enter that room with numbered walls and seemingly no exit, but in the center of the room is an artificial pond, filled with corpses of some kind (or various kinds), and the overall color scheme is red and black. And no other clues. (It's ok. I'll wait.) ... I mean, I could think of a few just to reference the movies, but I don't think they're necessary, tho they might be cool, either as clues or treasures. Like a magic domino that brings you luck. Or a pair of katanas. A ring of regeneration. An impossibly beautiful wife that loves you unconditionally. I think you know where I'm going with this.

I don't understand the framing of this video. You're talking to players most of the time, but the suggestions are for DMs? "If your DM allows it" shouldn't be a phrase used in this sort of video.
