Malcolm is an incredibly engaging writer and speaker, but the more I watch him the more I discover that he oversimplifies complex topics and ineptly applies modern contexts to historical events.

I've just finished my first book too but I don't keep banging on about it, it took less than 10, 000hrs to colour in but I did use two boxes of crayons.

Imagine reading a whole book about how circumstances of birth, time, and connections are the predictors of success and your take away from the book is that 10k hours of practice insure success. SMH.
