I have endometriosis, went through laproscopy in 2022, till date i haven't been able to balance my high E2 levels, recently my ESR was 29 and E2 at 360. Annd GGT also high. What should i really eat ? Can you make a video on endometriosis alone. Food, supplements, tea, oils, fruits. What to eat in ovolution phases..my life has gone upside down.

My doctor told me I am not getting enough protein and told me to find ways to add more protein into my diet. She suggested protein powder. My digestive system does not handle sweeteners at all! I tried many different kinds of sweeteners in order to sweeten iced tea and all of them gave me problems. Is there such a thing as a good protein powder with no sweetener at all added? I'd rather take the 10 calorie hit with 1 teaspoon of sugar and have NO digestive issues.
