On this Demolition video I'll show you how to remove ceramic tile floor the fast and easy way without tiring yourself out! This demolition I did was inside my master bathroom were the previous owner installed small ceramic tiles all over the shower floor and wall! Luckily I was able to use my BOSCH BULLDOG EXTREME Hammer Drill that made the job super fast and easy! I also had a huge help from my 42" pry bar or crow bar as you might say, that help me get the bigger chunks of ceramic tile off my bathroom wall and hard to reach areas!

Needed to remove 1000 sqft of ceramic tile when I got the notion that there had to be a better way than hammer & chisel. Pulled up the 'Tube' and low & behold your video popped up. Saw you use the Bulldog and decided to get myself one. Ordered same day as I saw your video (Monday). Tool was delivered by Amazon on Tuesday. Started my demo around 2pm and here it is Thursday and the job is complete. THERE IS NO WAY I'D BE DONE WITH MY FIRST ROOM had I not seen your tip. Manually, I was averaging 1-2 rows of about 16 tiles each row over the course of a few hours. This is not a joke, with the tool I was able to complete a full room in less than an hour. The only task that caused the job to take longer was the need to clean & dump tiles as I went along. Thank you more than I can type for making this video.

It took long to drill through the wood because you had the wrong type of drill bit on it. Next time use a bit made for drilling through lumber

I found the tiles come up earlier if you go around and give the area a few taps with a hammer, it helps break the glue bond 😊😊

Can you use this with tile placed on wood subfloors or is it only good for concrete?

Thanks for putting up this video. I was just going to get a chisel and hammer it. We are talking many rooms 2 bathrooms and kitchen. Now Im might just buy this or Milwaukee one. Since those are my tool brand. I ll see how it all priced.

I bought a Vevor jackhammer for $165 last week. A rental would have cost me $150 for 4 hours. The jackhammer arrived yesterday with two bits, gloves, oil, mask, and safety goggles. It must weigh around 60 pounds. It took up my whole double layer tile kitchen floor in 20 minutes. The jackhammer would not be practicle for walls or ceilings due to the weight. However, for floors it was great because it would lift up big sections of the tile floor without breaking it into small bits. I have tried the Bosh before, but it made too big of a mess.

The only thing I noticed is when you were drilling through those two 2x4s, And how long the process took to penetrate both. Wondering if that has to do with RPMs. I would think faster RPMs would drive that through faster and of course depending on the bit as well..
