When inspiration (or the new year) comes, we create a goal or resolution that we cannot wait to accomplish. Often though, just a few days or weeks into the process, we abandon our efforts because we feel burdened and overwhelmed by our goal. This video is a reminder that any progress is good and that the hardest journeys are fulfilled by taking one small step at a time.

@jdswiney It's all about taking one step at a time, instead of focusing on the big goal and trying to get there too quickly. Say you want to lose 20 pounds. You can look at yourself and go ugh, I hate myself, I really need to lose that 20lbs. And it seems so big, so hard, and it overwhelms you, and you don't do anything because it's so overwhelming and won't happen quickly. So the point is, if you want to do something, start with one small step TODAY. Just one little thing towards the goal.
