I’ll be honest, I’ve lived in Texas my whole life and I’ve yet to come across a bbq joint that actually uses only salt and pepper. Nearly all of them use seasoned salt or a variation of it, along with black pepper.

Doesn't help that I've been craving ribs to begin with but that's a fine lookin rack. I gotta try the hot sauce and syrup combo next time I make them!
