I've been trying to submit my form for 2 months now, it keeps asking for a signature even tho i have signed like 30 times already and my guardian too. The existing form is in a constant state of "in progress" or "action required" every other time i sign again. I'm frustrated, my classes start in 2 weeks and still no fafsa. I know a few people with the same problem, i have tried everything and nothing works. I called customer service, they said to just keep signing or restarting the fafsa since they got some system error or whatever. I've lost track of how many times i repeated all the steps. My guardians have dozens of annoying emails asking to join the form to sign their part, but when they do, i'm the one asked to do so. This little game of roulette with the signatures is annoying and frustrating asf, please fix this issue. I'm about to graduate from my bachelor's and it would suck that i won't be able to take my classes this semester for not having my financial aid, i can't afford it on my own.

Hi, I was able to complete and submit my form back in march. My guardian doesn't have a SSN but was still able to make her FSA account. It's been almost 4 months and despite me and my siblings adding her as a contributor she still doesn't receive the form on her end to sign. She gets the email letting her know she needs to sign it, but on fafsa under "forms" she has nothing from 2024.

Why couldn’t you just do what you did for2023-2024 form???? Stop adding that extra process step and just let me edit my form anytime I want even after I submit it

My son sent me the invite and it goes through. I get the email with the link. When I click the link, it takes me to log in to my account, but there is nothing in my account. It is on my dashboard and says I don’t have any closed cases or applications. My info matches with the info he has about me. I don't get it.
Called tech support stay on the phone for 3 hours, but nothing was said to wait for paper correction may be available in the coming week.

The signature section does NOT WORK for the 2024 -2025 fafsa and I have also called support and nothing is working as well.

Very frustrating process! The fact that the contributor has to make an account to login and see nothing is very annoying. You guys need to improve this new request.
