☝🏻Let me guess: you could be doing something more productive right now instead of scrolling through social media, but you can’t seem to stop.

✍🏻The trick? The 3-2-1 Method:

3️⃣ Spend 3 minutes in silence and not engaging with external stimuli (put down your phone!). You can use this time to identify the things you already know and the things you want to learn about what you will study.

2️⃣ Spend 2 minutes setting up your study material to activate your momentum and mentally prepare yourself to study.

1️⃣Spend 1 minute setting a goal for the study session. What do you want to learn?
