I would actually argue that MIS is as technical as Tech management.

I would also say go for MIS even if you are a more technical introverted person. MIS gives you the flexibility of choosing between technical roles and non technical ones.

Lastly, just because a bachelor is a BS vs BBA doesnt make it more or less technical.

There are some Bachelors of Science in marketing out there that are just a bunch of bullshit common sense business classes and the degree is not technical at all.

In other words, choose MIS over tech management regardless of whether its a BBA or BSBA. The BSBA (bachelor of science in business admin) will have more math but both BBA and BSBA will be pretty similar.
