China should not immediately cooperate with USA once the Wolf Amendment is repealed. If it was in effect for 30 years, then China could/should also take 30 years to resume cooperation with the USA.

As a Filipino with my country having disputes with China on the SCS/WPS (which was caused by the US), I hope the Philippines 🇵🇭 and China will be able to sort out this issue in the near future. My great grand mother was half Chinese.... Long before the western colonizers took over my country, the Chinese merchants has been trading with Filipinos. I have proofs of this in our very own ancestral home decorated with antique Chinese Vases and other Chinese porcelain. These were acquired from locals who dug up prehispanic graves... I hope to see Philippines - China relations back to it's former glory during my lifetime.

I would approve its application. Just get 1 kg of soil from Xinjiang desert (banned by the US law based on the Uighur genocide story) and send it to them. They can't tell the difference anyway because they have never seen lunar soil before.

repeal the sanctions, request the soil sample, the after receiving the soil sample, re-apply the santions again on China 😂

This should not be a problem for uncle sam because, despite shouting loudly and frequently about "our values", uncle sam has no moral no ethics no shame.

Took the westerns 10yrs 10 different countries put money together to built the space station
Now China built space station by themselves without anyone else help
And now the USA BEGGING CHINA to go to the moon and China space station
