Having crit rate is more important imo. It's situational though. With fu xuan and e1 you can build her around to 75 and get away with it as long as the enemy meets the hp requirement. Critting is important (not super tho) because the ult deals one instance of dmg, and not critting it loses a lot of value. It's not as important for the skill and basic, which she is gonna do a lot in general and from resurgence.

Herta lc helps with cr but i don't like it as much. At least for cd you can always use broken keel to make up for it more easily. And the spd is fine (ruan mei can increase it by 10%), but ideally it should be higher.

My seele has 67% crit rate and 224 crit damage and she still Russian roulettes critting. Thank Gud I have her at E3 S1 and FX because when she doesn’t crit on ULT I lose a part of me inside.

Bro forgot the other one with 200 have c6 and signature lightcone but i prefer the 220 crit dmg because he is c0 and no signature lightcone, if u r finding speed his lightcone give speed and constilation
