Edit:
Ok so I finally got this installation to work on my laptop running Windows 7 (x64). Here's what I found:

Installing the latest version of codeblocks (20.03) did not create a Codeblocks folder within "Program files x86". Nor did it create a GL folder as per the video tutorial.

Fix:
I uninstalled codeblocks 20.30, followed the link back to the codeblocks page, navigated to the previous releases and downloaded the exact version indicated in this tutorial (17.12). This installation created the necessary folders, allowing me to successfully install and compile GL.

I hope this helps those of you who are having similar installation issues.

~I did all the steps you showed in the video, but the only problems i had were, i didn't find any GL folder in the include folder so i created it by my self and the CodeBlocks folder wasn't in the "Program files (x86)" but just "Program files", and i also downloaded the What did i do wrong?
