I had done all the required things but when I am running the program it shows that there is no such file or directory as freeglut

Sir, I'm not having freeglut.lib in the lib folder instead I'm having two folders named as
1. libfreeglut.a
2. libfreeglut_static.a
Is this two files are correct to copy and paste it. Please help me out of this!
