This video is really important. Recently my family (family of 3. parent and one child) was planning a relocation to Netherlands due to a job offer, but the gross salary was 2900, after looking this video and the house market our conclusion was "that's a hilarious salary to think of a family relocation"

I know this renting pain 😮 now 1 person room in Waalwijk cost about 700, when I came to NL 9 years ago it was 300-400e and basic salary not double. For mortgage we pay 1370€ which way better then renting😊 good movie btw

When you calculate required income in order to make 3500 net per month you should point that there is a big difference whether you're making money alone or as a couple because of taxes. If you earn minimum wage (13, 27 euros per hour) and work 36 hour a week you'll earn ~2100 euros per month gross and pay almost no taxes for that which gives you ~1950 net. So working couple can't earn less than 3900 euros per month.

Great video once again! I'm also interested in a Tesla, but insurance prices were insane, like 180 euros or more. Which insurance company do you have? I was using Independer up to now, and I even have 2 year driving experience in NL

Thanks mate!

Its so xpensive here in NL...no wonder people cant do much anymore and life is so monoton.
Nothing is moving and nothing change. The samething everyday.

When they live in a deep rural area, making a step to city cost a fortune for family of 4 just to do 1 day sighseeing.
Thats why the community is just like a circle, stirring in the same bowl, marrying their own relatives and they became territorial because those people never moved and they dont accept outsider / stranger to stay peacefully.

The health care costs are not accurate. There is a 360 euro own risk. That means yi uhave to pay for things that are not essential. E.g prescriptions, dental xrays etc in some cases. Thenlower packages dont cover much, so yes, you can pay 120 month, but a more realistic cost is 180 or 200 to get good coverage, but you still pay the own risk.

Is the internet fast enough?

Is dentistry affordable in Netherlands, particularly crowns and implants? Is the quality excellent?

If my income come from YouTube and Spotify, does this mean that I won't need to pay any taxes from that after getting tax residency in Georgia? (Because of the 0% on foreign-sourced income)
(Amazing video btw)
