I've used ipad 7 for 2 yrs then I got MacBook air m1, Laptop is just always superior to an iPad except if the portability and / or handwritten notes are ur highest priorities in your workflow. I've tried writing notes with the apple notes, it's great, smooth, but the concept to taking handwritten notes did not work for me. I think part of the reason why I don't need handwritten notes is that I've been using Remnote which is all in one flashcards + notes app, in which you can highlight and take notes and flashcards at the same time, it saves me so much time . one final tip if u get MacBook at least buy 16 g ram and 8 for storage .

Hello, i am a third year medical student and i want a tablet mainly for watching marrow videos, then pdf, browsing and utube. I'm new to digital note taking so I'm not sure about it. I'm confused between what to choose ipad 10 gen or ipad air M2 with back to school offer of free pencil.
So should i buy 10 gen or spend extra 25k and buy ipad air?
