I've never been into black metal, but the genre it's been turning into a very interesting musical direction. Many bands are embracing progressive, avant garde influences and I think it's awesome. Gaahl's Wyrd, Enslaved, Ihsahn, Schammasch... damn what an incredibly good music they're making.
