I had my interview today (Monday) and they said I'll hear back from the recruiter by Friday, this is about to be the longest 4 days of my life but luckily I have my current job (which I dread going back to) to keep me distracted lol. It's even more nerve wracking when you know there is multiple candidates and they are only hiring ONE person.

I just interviewed for my dream job but the thing about me is, I already work for the company lol it’s an internal position I have been wanting for a while now.. so I have no choice but to sit and wait because there’s no other position I want lol but I get what you are saying for the people without a job…

Don't wait for the result of this one interview, which seemed to go well. Continue applying until I get offered and accept another position to get out of this hostile environment which I am in now.

Another question I have is - how do you know if the interviewers actually liked you? I heard just to be yourself at the interview - but I do have to say that the interviewer sets the stage for the type and style/tone/formality of the interview.
I tend to do better with less formal, more townhall style conversations - going back-and-forth with the interviewers, in which I do not feel I am being grilled/judged - compared to the regular/traditional styles of interviews.

I literally told nyself this. I had my 2nd interview on Monday. I've sent my thank you emails on the same days I interviewed on. So, if no response today, I'll contact them on tomorrow. If no response after that, then I tried my very best.

How can someone keep on applying while you apply a job relavant to your qualifications if it isn't showing up I have to wait from where I was interviewed.
