I'm honestly laughing at this point....just diagnosed with autism in 2020 - which comes with the comorbidities of MCAS and EDS, which along with everything else in 2020 and my life prior got me the diagnosis of PTSD, so....now: I'm ASD, MCAS, EDS, PTSD & MTHFR....at least the last one has the decency to sound like a cuss word. Seriously, prayers for anyone and everyone who might be reading this - life does always get better, I refuse to quit and pray you do too. Winston Churchill said it so well I've been quoting him all year: When you're going through hell, KEEP GOING. ❤️

Thank you so much David. All I know is I started taking mega B vit complex a year ago and I almost instantly started "Feeling" better about myself, my mood improved. Having been a heavy drinker most of my earlier life, I started taking extra B3 Niacin, and that improved things even more. I, m also pretty much vegetarian, I eat meat once every month or so, so I started taking extra B12 at another time from my early morning Multi B, and again my mood and self confidence has improved even more. I am 60 years old and have only recently discovered I have been ADD with a touch of Autism all my life Now on all the extra B Vits, I have never felt more balanced, healthy and confident in my life ( despite being in the middle of the world in meltdown july 2020) I will watch this video again to learn more about the Methylfolate information But I had to share the word about the B vits We do not need more meds, we need more vitamins, especially mega doses of C and all the B s thank you and sorry for the ramble.

For me, a simple explanation of a complex process. Having just found out I have an MTHFR polymorphism, this is very helpful and I'll share with family. Thank you

I have my MSc thesis underway, which is centered around MTHFR gene methylation status in infertile male patients. Your video is really helpful and I'd love if you had the sources written in the description, just for the ease of copy pasting.

From one East Tennesseean to another, thank you for this wonderful presentation. It was a blessing to watch and learn.

I was taking SSRI’s and they kept increasing and changing my medicine, nothing really worked. My doctor suggested testing my DNA to see if something was going on. They got the results in and told me my body basically doesn’t breakdown folate like it should and suggested a supplement of methylfolate. Literally the first day I noticed a tremendous difference and after a week I was beyond amazed.

If I am considering methylfolate as a supplementation for: depression, bipolar, dementia, digestion problems, and neuropathy. I take two meds for the depression and bipolar. Am on a regime of B vitamins, pro and pre biotics, chlorella and spirulina, along with mangosteen, collagen, and broccoli in powder form. A vegetarian for the most part. And according to the comments I would be doing myself a favor.
Now I just need to find a good source.
This is brilliant information and as a lay person I understood the value of methylfolate.
It's unfortunate you don't have tens of thousands of followers, this is something at least that many people would benefit from.
Thanks.

Just found out a few days ago I’m TT. Explains so many things about me. This information should be everywhere. We need to get folic acid out of all the food and the prenatal vitamins. Especially women need to know about this way before they start making babies.

So, 3 years ago, my psychiatrist had my DNA tested.
I have the MTHFR mutation. He has me taking L-Methyl Folate. It sure seems to have helped my depression!
But what else can it do for me?
It can't actually 'fix' it, can it? I mean, am I normal again? ( LOL )
Is my really crappy health, like malnutrition, anemia, eating disorder, ADHD, Pre-ventricular tachycardia and my IQ going to get all better?

I am 57, and feel like most of my life is over. I have not finished school, only to the 9th grade, and have never kept a job.
And they have all been cleaning and food service work. Pretty simple stuff. But I have always been 'let go' because 'It's just not working out'
I have contantly been late, or not showing up. I'm just, 'WRONG, BROKEN'. Am I disabled????
I have been basically floating along in life because I've been 'a mutant' and can't do much of anything that brings me an income. I've lived off others all my life. It sucks.
Trying desperately to get SS disability. Do you think I have a chance for that?
I have to say, I'm quite surprised after finding out I have this mutation, that both my kids were born ok. I did have pre eclampsia with my first child when I was 18 years old.
Anyway, sorry for the long rant.
I'm interested in your thoughts, if you have the time.
Thanks for your video.👍

This was very interesting and I enjoyed it very much (I'm heterozygous for MTHFR). Thank you!! (P.S. I would suggest you do your own research on vaccines. Reading the manufacturer's inserts is a good place to start.)

Love at 6:38 how L-Methylfolate stabilizes or possibly substitutes for BH4

I have MTHFR compound heterozygous. When I checked two years ago, my homocysteine was too low, 3.3. I understand too low is not a good thing, but don’t find good info about it, can you enlighten me, please?

I feel that this is why I have been depressed and have had fertility issues including ectopic. I also feel that this is why my father is developing dementia. I have not been tested for the gene deficiency yet. But I know high homocysteine is a risk factor for Alzheimer's. I have also had low iron regularly even when I'm not on my cycle.

I read that you loose too many methylgroups when you take too much niacin. Is it possible that you cant produce those hormones you when low in methyl groups?
