Iv found if i keep myself busy it helps keep the mind away from horrible thoughts. But when idle i am trying keep my self disciplined with the Jesus prayer. Of course prey to God to give you strength when you feel week. Glory to God

I have like these weird intense memory ticks they happen 99% of the time when I am alone it's like I will remember something not always even negative but accompanied by very negative feelings that illicit thoughts or word reactions that are also negative
