Goddamn one of your old ones, this just popped up on my feed so I watched it… bro this video is fukn excellent, one of your best. I found the same thing too … when I started training in a “performance based” context I got way more jacked and aesthetic. That’s why I always push for “just get better at shit” and hate the “optimal” crap. Performance, strength, aesthetics and muscle building are all interlinked for naturals, there’s no way around it. No need to reinvent the wheel!!!

This is something I feel most if not every beginner should hear and understand. It took me a while to reach this conclusion when I first started lifting, and sure enough, once my mindset and approach changed, the gains followed. Great video! 💪

When I'm training, I think about things, problems, weak points, etc. I enjoy this videos because it gives me more to think about, as well as solutions. Such good content Cody
