Not bad for 100 watts from the wall, and I like the dimming capability which is usually found on higher end lights.

I have one hanging in my 2'x2' tent my plant is very happy. IMO, This seems to be a good light for someone growing one or two plants in a 2x2.

Love the video Mr Grow it. My one comment is that it was hard to see exactly where the PAR meter was relative to the light source because of the camera angle. I think it'd be more clear if you had the camera higher up and pointing down more.
