Without the cuts, you actually realize it’s a functioning restaurant with Gordon teaching and not just a staged show

Now I understand why every contestant who is eliminated mentions they have learnt a lot with Chef Ramsay, he takes his moments to explain his way to the cooks and remind them they have to work as a team. These behind the scenes are SO GOOD.

This makes you realize just how much goes on at the same time. I’d lose my mind in 30 minutes if I was Gordon

This is way better than actual Hell's Kitchen episodes. No fake drama, constant sound effects, this is plenty intense as is.

How the hell does he even remember all the tickets, let alone for two kitchens, and still has time to manage all the chefs with tips and pointers. It's crazy

I like that you can hear all the detail, tickets rustling, pots and pans moving around, makes it so much more real. And the desserts! That’s so fun to hear too, I feel like we never see those in the edited show

Seeing Jean Phillipe getting destroyed with insults for no reason will always ring in my ears.

I seriously hope these just keep coming and they do all the seasons. These are so awesome to watch. Really shows Gordon’s passion for the teams to succeed as he gives them all the tools and advice. Love this series!

The original episodes feel like you’re sitting in front of the kitchen with a bowl of popcorn, enjoying the show. These episodes feel like you’re walking through the kitchen. I feel like I need to apologize every time I stand up to get a snack lol.

Please do every season like this. I’d literally buy a box set with these edits for every season.

Just learned that Tom passed away a few days ago. The highlight of his life apparently was being on Hells Kitchen. Sad to re-watch, but happy to know someone had a chance of every chef's dream. RIP Tom.

20:03 "Thats it, don't be sorry" I love this moment right here, all he really wants is for them to cook well and make the restaurant run smooth

Please keep these up ...a lot of people who thought Ramsey was nothing but cussing and name-calling, only did it when he had to keep repeating himself. This is the REAL Gorden Ramsey 😁

Seeing these shows just how much Ramsay helps and cares on succeeding

This is actually a better show...I cant believe they released this. No show does this edits. I genuinely loved every minute.

This really shows that gordon is calm and really nice. It also makes sense why he gets pissed because these guys are supposed to know this yet they are crap for unknown reason. Not to mention the amount of pressure thats on his hands. Outside here he is very calm, imagine if you were in his shoes.

With this series going, I'd be really interested to see some of the moments that are coming up in future episodes, like Sara sabotaging Virginia, Tom and Keith fighting about tomato sauce, and of course, where's the lamb sauce, and how they really might've played out

Went through USMC basic training and Gordon’s attitude without the cuts reminds me so much of the rare moments Drill Instructors would chill out from screaming at us for just a little bit to actually teach us something. Just shows he’s actually a great teacher who just expects his craft to be at the highest standard in his kitchen.

Perfect upload! No music to distract from the cooking. This provides a much better look *into* the kitchen and really humanizes everyone.

The raw version gives each contestent so much more character. Now I finally understand why Jackmo was so useless, but I feel kinda bad for him because he naturally seems very clumsy. Tom seems like those overly honest people who doesnt have the energy to start making excuses and just says "screw it, if I try to hide anything it will be found out, ill just give it straight". etc/
