Stay Right, except while passing! Do not over take / pass on the right.
Less than half of the German Autobahn does not have a speed limit.
Leave space, at least 4 seconds between you and the vehicles in front of you.
Even if you are driving at 180 km/h someone is driving over 200 km/h in the no speed limit zones. Always insure that you leave enough space and can maintain control of your car! Although there is not a speed limit in some areas police will still pull someone over if they drive recklessly.
Be aware of your tire speed rating as tires can blow out at high speeds if not designed properly for the speed.

If anyone, who wants to come to Germany and drive on the Autobahn, reads that: No speed limit doesnt mean there are no rules, always only drive as fast as the situation allows you to. Keep at least 1/2 of your speedometer safety distance (ex. Driving 200km/h = 100m safety distance) to the car in front of you. Also dont overtake someone from the right.

They will flash lights about half mile back. You better get out of the left lane. I made that mistake once in a Sentra. Got my doors blown off.
