6’6" man here. A 44mm case is a feature, not a problem!

It still fits well, under 49mm lug to lug. The 44mm is part of the overall charm of this watch. It's such a charmer to wear. I have a hard time not smiling when I'm wearing it. It has no business being as good as it is.

It's perfect for me, but it would be an excellent idea to have 2 versions, like Seiko did with the late SKX model. So, a 38/39 mm duro would be a sweet little brother. It would be a hit

Fits me well. First thing I did was to change the strap to a Bond type NATO strap that I had cut the extra loop off. I bought it from Amazon, a year ago, for $40.
Accurate to -1 second a month.

I normally like a 38mm to 40mm max size for a watch, that said, I LOVE my Duro. It doesn’t feel as big as the number suggests and it still looks great. I put mine on a NATO and it is so comfortable, I absolutely love it.

I can’t be how much I love this $50 watch.

I have a black/gold Duro as my daily beater. The seize and weight is okay although I have a small wrist. The lug-to-lug is small. The hands are not small and really suit the dial. My only problem is the bad legibility of the date.

I bought one for my dad who's worn a Rolex datejust for 30+ years and he loves the Duro. I have one too, and although it doesn't get much wrist-time, it still holds a place in my collection.

Have the Starbucks Duro and love it for my 7.5 wrist. Wish they’d make a quartz gmt watch like the gmt Pepsi.

I’m 5’10” with 7.5” wrists and it looks fine on me. I prefer a 40mm, but the right 44mm watch looks fine.

I've resigned myself to wearing some watches that are a bit bigger than I'd ideally like. 😕

for me with a 6.5 inch wrist, the duro is fine because of the short lug to lug. if you are in the fence with the same wrist size, i say go for it

I say that the fact that it's huge isn't the directly problem, but a lack of a Casio diver in the same style but with smaller diameter and shorter lug-to-lug. Not giving options is a huge mistake that some brands are seemingly fixing this year (e.g. Citizen' new 37mm diver).

So true. I'm loving smaller dials now than larger

A 40mm or 38mm Casio Duro will be an instant hit as long as it maintains the same price range.

Unfortunately, I fear that it will be gobbled up by hoarders and flippers that it will be near impossible to get one at retail.

Remember the Tiffany Blue Casio? You can't one of those at retail anymore.

Hmm 🤔 I have never thought even once that the Duro is too large - wears really nice on most wrist sizes. I love G-Shocks for example, but those are harder to wear if a person has small wrists/small frame (even then it’s personal taste). The Duro though I think looks great on all wrists. It’s not like those massive ‘Fossil’ watches that look like wall clocks on a wrist 😂

I have an average size wrist I have no problem with the duros size. I feels smaller than 44mm.

Wears more like a true 42mm due to the short lug to lug
