you have to consider another factor.

human body is likely <15 cm in width (girls you have 0, 1mm width) and tall 180 cm for everyone.

a complete standing wave of the microwave Magnetron is 12cm long, half wavelenght is obviously 6.
you technically are heated MUCH MUCH slower than food, because the body is 1.5x bigger than the wavelenght. so microwaves can't interact with your matter well and it won't heat up well.
if you do a "ball position" as i call it, you will extend your lifespan.
i don't recommend that because it means more suffering but... tho.
