I live in the country where sauna inverted, 🇫🇮FINLAND🇫🇮😁 where we are in +70° sauna normally 30 minutes (without clothes) and sauna is in every house! Its a normal thing that we go to sauna every time when we go shower😃🤍💙🧖‍♀️

If your trap and you don’t want to get really hot then lay down on the floor that’s where the cold air is from higher you were the hotter the lower you are the cooler
