The arc makes her seem relative to Kaido who gets beaten by Luffy. Law and Kidd are relative to Luffy. While they aren't quite Gear 5, they are close enough when teaming up against her. The fight wasn't as interesting as Kaido, but that's because she isn't the main focus of the arc. We already got more than enough Big Mom in cake island.

If you care, we’ll probably get more Big Mom in the Rocks flashback or later if her and Kaido are still technically alive, which I think they are because Luffy doesn't really kill people and it seems hella sus how they just get thrown into like a magma chamber and are just dead from that.

Big mom also has a less combat heavy fruit. Soul-soul is good for people who are scared of her but it’s pretty much useless on people like Kid or Law (excluding Zeus and stuff I mean direct attacks like soul pocus).

The entire battle was completely unfair, she fought two powerful awakened fruit users one is also pretty intelligent and one is not but brave, the writers didn't allow big mom to use her advanced conquerors heck they even give both kidd and law plot armors lol if I can remember when big mom used the misery attack it should literally kill kidd like the homie is literally made out of lightning and fire which is pretty hot😂and it's literally punching kidd multiple times and in every second it also fires lightning strikes, yes she did cause some major damage to the worst generation at the start but we're talking in this battle not the first encounter in the rooftop.well I just hope her and kaido will return someday as oda rarely kills characters especially the important onces like kaido and big mom as they are important not just a character but as they also keep the balance of the power systems, in the ending of wano arc the big mom pirates is still in the wano and their ship was seen docked, the bodies of big mom and kaido is not shown but rather their silhouette, when black beard captured pudding, pudding said that she feels that big mom is not dead, when big mom was thrown to the magma chamber she also said towards law and kidd that "don't ever think that this will kill me"before the volcano erupted the people of wano would've feel a sudden shake but no they didn't, a few minutes later the volcano exploded sending ashes towards the sky, it might be an actual volcano or big mom used soul fruit and created a lava homie, if you remember when big mom created hera it sended lightning like rings along with a loud thunders echoing throughout the battlefield, in this case it's lava that caused a massive explosion, in the manga chapter where the fears of the children became real one particular child said that his fear is his own mother but the figure resembles more like big mom it has pink hair and definitely sadistic face, and lastly nami has big mom's vivre card so yeah it's either she hid and forgot about it or she knows what's actually big mom's status right now but she chose to mind her own business and focus on her own allies and their battles.

I mean she never lost at the strength part. If law didn't have that crazy strong fevil fruit both of them would have died.
They had to drop her in lava just to kill her because their physical attacks wasn't damaging her that much.

One thing that felt off to me was law had way too much stamina and endurance. Like every time he was saying I don't have energy but still was pulling off techniques.
But i agree it was a bit disappointing then again zoro vs king was also disappointing to me.

I disagree here, between her dogwalking everyone she met throughout the castle and doing serious damage to the Worst Generation in the rooftop scene I find it hard to say she was nerfed. They definitely put respect in Big Mom's name in the Wano arc Law just had a great devil fruit to counter her strengths, plus with the brute force kid brought was just a very well suited pair for taking down Big Mom, the only argument I can see being made is how Law/Kidd tanked some hits from her when we know she has advanced conq haki but that's a out it, I think the fight itself was executed quite well

To be fair she understimated law and kid too much, when she started taking them seriously it was to late, kid already shattered every bone in her body and awakened his fruit, law peirced her insides and organs multiple time and keept nerfing her whit his fruit like silence making the only offensive part of her fruit uselles, the moment kid and law awakened she was already done for, she played whit her food and paid for it
