When I pop "arcsin(-0.8)" into my Casio calculator I get -53.1(deg).... Its just occurred to me (after 3 years of trig) that behind the scenes, the calculator is setting a restriction on the domain of sinx to ensure one-to-one. I always wondered (and got annoyed at) why it didnt just give me the first "positive" result (233.1). Your explanation has helped so much!!

Well done sir, most certainly subscribed. Keep up the good work.
I don’t usually write comments. But I have to give credit where its due. Your explanations are simple and crystal clear. Amazing job.

WHY. WHY DIDNT MY TEACHER INTRODUCE FUNCTION LIKE THIS TO ME. I'm so grateful that I found your channel sir.

Maybe they should change it to "I" rather than "1" for inverse functions. Unless it is already in use for somthing else.
